25+ YEARS MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE
Motive Mechanical was founded by Steven Ackfer in 2010, at that time he was the only mechanic and has grown the workshop into what it is today. Currently working with Steve we have two fully qualified automotive technicians and second year apprentice. As well as two full-time and one part-time office staff.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission at Motive Mechanical is to provide our customers with exceptional service, quality workmanship and the knowledge to make informed decisions in regards to the proper maintenance of their vehicles. We aim to achieve this by focusing on teamwork, building customer relationships, and constantly searching for new and innovative ways to further our customer experience. The foundation to this lies in our confidence in our team and we endeavour to provide our staff with as many opportunities to further develop their skills in a positive work environment. As an automotive workshop we have a strong understanding of the impact the industry has on the environment and therefore are committed to working towards achieving an environmentally sustainable business.
